  3. For the reports described in the proviso of the preceding paragraph, the Company only checks whether there is a defect in the Products. The Company decides whether and when such a check is made.
  4. If, as a result of the check, the Company determines that the cause is not a defect in the Products but the user's environment, settings or operation, the Company will only notify the user to that effect and will not investigate or respond further.
  5. When a defect is reported, the Company may request information such as the steps to reproduce it, the settings and error messages. If the necessary information is not provided, the Company may not perform a check.
  6. The Company does not guarantee an immediate response to, or the resolution of, every inquiry.
  7. Individual support that requires an understanding of information specific to the user, such as handling errors caused by the user's environment, reviewing the user's settings or operation, log analysis and remote support, is provided to license purchasers for a separate fee.
